Cecil's Marinated Pork Chops
Cecil's Marinated Pork Chops scream summer with a side of fruit and salad.
Ingredients:
- Center Loin Cut Pork Chops - 4
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/2 c
- Cecil's Secret Sauce - 1/4 c
- Olive Oil - 4 TBSP
- Water - 1/4 c
- Salt - 2 TBSP
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper - 1 TBSP
- Brown Sugar (divided) - 1/2 c
Instructions:
Combine the cider vinegar, Cecil's Secret Sauce, olive oil, water, salt, pepper, and 1/4 c of brown sugar in a gallon Ziploc bag. Marinate for 2-3 hours.
Set your grill to medium heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for about 4 minutes. Flip them, top with the remaining 1/4 c of brown sugar, and continue cooking for about 3 minutes. Pork chops should be cooked through and the brown sugar glazed on top.
